Contact me for a free, no obligation telephone or email consultation. This is an opportunity to outline your concerns, ask questions and for us to think together about how best to meet your needs at this time.
If you wish to proceed, the first session will be an assessment where we explore the issues in more depth and explore preferences around the different options for therapeutic support. Assessments are typically with parents in the first instance, dependent on the presenting issues and developmental stage of the young person. This will be discussed and agreed in the consultation.
Fees
50 minute one-to-one sessions are charged at £60
Please contact me for guidance on pricing for parent clinics/workshops.
Counselling may be long or short term, though I recommend a minimum of 8 sessions.

My calm and inspiring therapy room provides a secure environment for self-discovery and exploration of turbulent emotional territory. There are many materials available for clients who wish to explore through play and creativity. However it is also a warm and relaxing place for those who wish to simply talk through their issues. The room is designed to be adaptable to the needs of individual users, with consideration given to neurodiverse clients and others with specific sensory needs.
